Ex-DOE Director Sent $1.3M In Contracts To Wife, US Says

Law360, New York (May 17, 2012, 7:03 PM ET) -- A former U.S. Department of Energy director who allegedly funneled $1.3 million of contract money to his wife under the auspices of funding a scientific review journal for the agency has been indicted in Maryland federal court, prosecutors said Thursday.
