House GOP Presses EPA On Power Plant Emissions Regs

Law360, New York (May 18, 2012, 7:33 PM EDT) -- Top Republican lawmakers on Thursday called on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to justify its proposal to cap emissions from new power plants and provide information on forthcoming emissions limits for existing plants, arguing the regulations could crush the coal industry.
