Developer Had No Duty To Reveal Bomb Site, 11th Circ. Rules

Law360, New York (May 18, 2012, 4:46 PM ET) -- The Eleventh Circuit refused Friday to hold developer Terrabrook Vista Lakes LP responsible for not informing a class of buyers about an old military bombing range near an Orlando residential community that plaintiffs said cost their houses considerable market value.
