Davis Polk Helps Chinese Co. With $2.6B Buy Of AMC

Ltd. has plunked down $2.6 billion for private-equity-owned AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc., making Wanda the biggest movie theater owner in the world, according to an announcement Sunday.
