Bristol, Sanofi Say Plavix Marketing Suit Isn't Supported

Law360, New York (May 21, 2012, 2:05 PM ET) -- Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. and Sanofi-Aventis US LLC on Friday urged a judge to toss a suit accusing the drugmakers of deceptively marketing their blockbuster blood thinner Plavix and causing patients to overpay for the drug, claiming the plaintiffs haven’t alleged anything to support the suit.
