Saul Ewing Swipes Bankruptcy Partner From Tydings

Law360, New York (May 21, 2012, 7:18 PM ET) -- Saul Ewing LLP has bolstered its bankruptcy and restructuring practice in Baltimore with the addition of a partner specializing in complex creditor-debtor disputes from Tydings & Rosenberg LLP, the firm said Monday.

Maria Ellena Chavez-Ruark has extensive experience representing debtors, creditors' committees, secured creditors, unsecured creditors, lessors, purchasers of assets and trustees in complex bankruptcy and debtor-creditor matters, Saul Ewing said in a statement.

She also represents receivers and indenture trustees in complex commercial litigation.
