Law360, New York (May 22, 2012, 5:01 PM ET) -- A Latham & Watkins LLP finance counsel who operates a broad leveraged buyout practice for banks, asset managers and private equity firms has joined Manatt Phelps & Phillips LLP as a partner in Los Angeles, Manatt said Monday.
Dayan R. Rosen, who primarily advises major financial institutions in leveraged finance and banking transactions, will work in Manatt's leveraged finance practice in Los Angeles. He was previously counsel in Latham's finance practice.
Rosen started at Manatt on Monday. He was not available for comment Tuesday afternoon....
