Law360, New York (May 22, 2012, 1:20 PM EDT) -- The president of a South Carolina motor oil company was apprehended while attempting to leave the country after being charged with exporting his company's merchandise to Iran in violation of an embargo, the U.S. Department of Justice announced Monday.
