Ex-Yahoo, Ameriprise Employees Admit To Insider Trading

Law360, New York (May 21, 2012, 10:01 PM EDT) -- A former Yahoo Inc. executive and former Ameriprise Financial Inc. subsidiary mutual fund manager pled guilty Monday to accusations of insider trading, the same day the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission announced it had settled its own allegations with the pair.
