Law360, New York (May 22, 2012, 5:42 PM EDT) -- Eight Embassy Suites hotels asked a New York federal judge on Monday to reconsider their motion to toss a $188 million loan default complaint against them, the same day plaintiff U.S. Bank NA called out hotel manager Windsor Capital Group Inc. for trying to intervene unnecessarily in the suit.
