Law360, New York (May 22, 2012, 3:41 PM ET) -- Former National Labor Relations Board member Craig Becker, whose appointment to the board stirred up controversy because of his previous work for unions, will return to the AFL-CIO, where he will serve as co-general counsel, the labor federation announced Tuesday.
