Sens. Urge FTC To Follow EU's Antitrust Lead On Google

Law360, New York (May 22, 2012, 4:37 PM ET) -- Sens. Herb Kohl, D-Wis., and Mike Lee, R-Utah, urged the Federal Trade Commission to follow the European Union's footsteps and pursue Google Inc.'s "problematic practices" as at least one specialized search engine confirmed Tuesday that the FTC had contacted it as part of the agency's antitrust investigation.
