IP Boutique Firm Sues Unigene Over Unpaid Fees

Law360, New York (May 22, 2012, 5:56 PM ET) -- Ostrolenk Faber LLP hit Unigene Laboratories Inc. with a lawsuit in New York federal court Friday that claims the pharmaceutical company stiffed the intellectual property boutique on more than $400,000 in unpaid fees.

New York-based Ostrolenk alleges that it had repped Unigene for more than 18 years, but that the company ended the relationship last summer.
