Air Shipper Says No-Contest Plea Won't Ease Cartel Sentence

Law360, New York (May 22, 2012, 7:41 PM ET) -- Florida West International Airways Inc. on Monday challenged prosecutors' claims that allowing the company to plead no contest to allegations of price-fixing would be a "slap on the wrists," arguing that such a plea would not diminish the cargo company's punishment.
