EU Adopts Plan To Strengthen Consumer Protection Rules

Law360, New York (May 22, 2012, 8:39 PM EDT) -- The European Commission on Tuesday unveiled a strategy to enhance consumer confidence by modernizing and stepping up enforcement of regulations that combat unsafe products and misleading advertising in the food, energy, transportation, financial and digital sectors.
