ITC Judge Calls For Xbox Import Ban Over Motorola IP Breach

Law360, New York (May 22, 2012, 11:06 PM EDT) -- A U.S. International Trade Commission judge on Friday asked the agency to ban imports of Microsoft Corp.'s Xbox video game systems that infringe four wireless networking and digital video patents of Motorola Mobility Inc., whose $12.5 billion acquisition by Google Inc. closed Tuesday.
