Senate To Vote On Pay-For-Delay, 16 Other FDA Changes

Law360, New York (May 23, 2012, 7:53 PM EDT) -- The Senate will consider 17 amendments to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration user fee bill on Thursday, including provisions that would thwart pay-for-delay agreements, change the oversight of dietary supplements and allow American patients to buy drugs from Canadian online pharmacies.
