Power Shortages Loom In Texas As Demand Rises, Report Says

Law360, New York (May 23, 2012, 6:39 PM EDT) -- Texas’ grid operator released a report Tuesday showing the state could face electrical shortages as early as 2014 as demand for electricity outpaces investment in new generation — a finding that’s prompting regulators to consider incentives for power plant construction.
