ITC Pans US Cos.' Challenge to Mexican Steel Finding

Law360, New York (May 23, 2012, 8:11 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission urged the Court of International Trade on Tuesday to reject a challenge from AK Steel Corp. and two other domestic producers to an ITC ruling that led the U.S. Department of Commerce to revoke an anti-dumping duty order on stainless steel products from Mexico.

The ITC is a defendant in the case, which was lodged by domestic manufacturers AK Steel, North American Stainless and Allegheny Ludlum Corp. in fall 2011 and took aim at the ITC's negative final final sunset determination...
