BofA Puts NJ Office Complex Up For Sale

Law360, New York (May 24, 2012, 9:32 PM EDT) -- Just weeks after selling off its Charlotte, N.C., trading floor, Bank of America Corp. has started shopping a 12-building, 1.7-million-square-foot New Jersey office park, the latest move in the bank's portfolio reduction campaign, a spokeswoman said Thursday.

As with some of the other recently-shed properties, the bank will be looking to lease back all of the Hopewell Office Park Campus once it is sold, BofA spokeswoman Jennifer Darwin told Law360.
