Congress Sinks Biofuel's Hopes For US Military Boost

Law360, New York (May 31, 2012, 7:53 PM ET) -- Both the U.S. House of Representatives and a key Senate committee have legislatively blocked the U.S. Department of Defense from purchasing greener fuels for military vehicles, disrupting a planned military investment in biofuel that had the potential to jump-start the industry.
