SanDisk, Memorex Settlement Approved

Law360, New York (September 10, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal court has dismissed SanDisk Corp.’s patent infringement suit against Memorex Products Inc. over flash memory technology, after the two parties reached a settlement.

Judge Vaughn R. Walker signed off on the agreement in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on Friday, and vacated all orders, including claim construction decisions, related to the dispute between SanDisk and Memorex prior to Aug. 28.
