Solow Puts East NYC Development Site Up For Sale

Law360, New York (May 29, 2012, 6:34 PM EDT) -- New York real estate mogul Sheldon Solow is selling a development site with 730,240 buildable square feet on Manhattan's east side, according to a Tuesday announcement by Woody Heller of commercial real estate services firm Studley Inc., who is representing Solow in the sale.

The $4 billion mixed-use property overlooks the East River at 616 First Ave., between East 35th and East 36th streets, and has been approved for two high rises — one 37 stories tall and one reaching 47 stories, according to Heller....
