Bar Tax Info In $786M Alaska Pipeline Fight, FERC Hears

Law360, New York (May 29, 2012, 9:05 PM EDT) -- The owners of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline on Friday asked a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission judge to strike testimony by ratepayer witnesses from Anadarko Petroleum Corp. and Tesoro Corp. in a rate dispute over a $786 million project, saying they improperly used findings from separate tax proceedings.
