GAO Nixes Northrop Protest Over $77M Raytheon Drone Deal

Law360, Los Angeles (May 30, 2012, 4:11 PM ET) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office on Friday rejected Northrop Grumman Corp.'s protest over the U.S. Air Force's decision to award Raytheon Co. a $77 million contract to build a drone-borne radar system, saying the decision was reasonable and the companies were treated equally.
