Report Blasts 'Dysfunctional' Calif. Judicial Agency

Law360, New York (May 30, 2012, 4:48 PM EDT) -- The agency that oversees the California court system is laden with organizational and transparency issues and is in dire need of downsizing and a general overhaul, according to a report ordered by Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye that was released last week.
