Law360, New York (May 30, 2012, 8:24 PM ET) -- A Texas state court judge on Tuesday entered a $2.3 million judgment against the city of Houston, ending a dispute brought by hundreds of firefighters who claimed the city docked their pay in order to illegally recoup overtime compensation.
The judgment overturns an administrative ruling that firefighters were not entitled to compensation during approved leaves of absence.
