Law360, New York (May 31, 2012, 6:10 PM ET) -- The co-owner of Miramax Films on Wednesday sued Aramid Entertainment Fund Ltd. and movie financier David Molner, claiming the duo’s ongoing litigation war against him violated a $2.9 million agreement.
In a suit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Ron Tutor and his company Library Asset Acquisition Co. claimed Molner and Aramid violated a June 2009 agreement that released any claims the duo had against Thinkfilm LLC, an enterprise Tutor had invested in through his former business partner David Bergstein.
