Neb. High Court Rebuffs Suit Over Gov.’s Keystone Power

Law360, New York (May 31, 2012, 2:35 PM EDT) -- Nebraska’s Supreme Court on Wednesday refused to hear a direct constitutional challenge to a law giving the state’s governor the power to approve a new route for the Keystone XL pipeline, leaving the case to work its way through the lower courts first.
