Law360, New York (June 01, 2012, 4:53 PM ET) -- A Missouri federal judge on Thursday gave final approval to a $32.3 million class action payout by Ferrellgas Partners LP to resolve claims that the company misled customers about its prefilled propane gas tanks.
The settlement, which was preliminarily approved by U.S. District Judge Gary A. Fenner in October, will provide up to $25 million for customers who bought certain propane tanks between June 15, 2005, and Oct. 13. It also includes $7.25 million in attorneys fees and $42,000 in service fees for the named plaintiffs....
