Business Coalition Joins AFL-CIO's "No-Match" Suit

Law360, New York (September 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After gaining the green light from a federal judge, a group of business associations has intervened in the AFL-CIO's lawsuit fighting a government plan to notify employers that receive so-called “no-match” letters that they may be subject to civil and criminal sanctions.
