Flawed Edwards Case Not Worth A Retrial, Attys Say

Law360, New York (June 01, 2012, 7:39 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Justice will likely walk away from its controversial criminal prosecution of two-time presidential candidate John Edwards after a jury failed Thursday to convict him of using nearly $1 million in illegal campaign donations to conceal an extramarital affair, experts say.
