Pfizer, Monsanto Lose Bid For Contributions To $600M Cleanup

Law360, New York (June 4, 2012, 1:57 PM ET) -- An Alabama federal court on Friday tossed claims against the only two remaining defendants in a suit from Monsanto Co. spinoff Solutia Inc. and Pfizer Inc. subsidiary Pharmacia Corp. seeking contributions for more than $600 million in Superfund cleanup costs.
