Enviro Groups Ask 9th Circ. To Halt $2B Power Line Project

Law360, Los Angeles (June 07, 2012, 6:55 PM ET) -- An attorney for nonprofits bringing two separate challenges to a $2 billion, 117-mile Southern California power line urged a Ninth Circuit panel Thursday to block construction mere weeks from completion, saying the public was never given an accurate description of the project.
