Judge Trims $421M Medicaid Kickback Suit Against Organon

Law360, Washington (June 04, 2012, 4:43 PM ET) -- A Massachusetts federal judge on Friday pared down a $421 million False Claims Act employee whistleblower case that alleged pharmaceutical company Organon USA Inc. operated a kickback scheme with two long-term care pharmacies to overcharge Medicaid for the company's antidepressant Remeron.
