Law360, New York (June 04, 2012, 12:43 PM ET) -- Cable and Internet service giant Comcast Corp. lodged a patent infringement suit Friday in Texas claiming overseas rival British Telecommunications PLC's teleconferencing services and network infrastructure violated six patents covering data transfers within networks.
BT and its subsidiaries have marketed and sold teleconferencing services and other network management products to customers across the U.S. that infringe six of Comcast’s patents, according to the complaint.
