HCA Refuses To Weigh In On FTC Claims Post-Hospital Sale

Law360, New York (June 04, 2012, 7:00 PM ET) -- After the U.S. Supreme Court asked HCA Inc. to respond to the Federal Trade Commission's challenge to its sale of one of its Georgia hospitals to Phoebe Putney Health System Inc., the company told the court Friday it no longer had an interest in the case because the transaction had closed.
