Judge Orders Honeywell To Give Up Documents

Law360, New York (September 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Honeywell International Inc. and other parties in an ongoing case over chromium-poisoned land were ordered on Tuesday to hand over documents to an environmental group that complained that lack of cooperation could force it to miss the discovery deadline.

Environmental group Riverkeeper told the court on Sunday that it had not received responses to a second set of document requests from landowners Bob Ciasulli and Regnal Realty and had also not received responses to a first set of requests from Honeywell.
