Judge Won't Compel Congressman To Testify In Clemens Trial

Law360, Washington (June 4, 2012, 7:47 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge refused Monday to force Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., to testify in Roger Clemens' perjury trial, saying Issa's previous criticism of a 2008 congressional probe into Major League Baseball steroid use isn't an adequate challenge of the investigation's legitimacy.
