Teva, Dr. Reddy's Settle Generic Zoloft Dispute

Law360, New York (September 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Israeli drug company Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. has reached an agreement with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Inc. and agreed to drop a patent infringement suit filed against the Indian drug maker over its generic version of the antidepressant Zoloft.
