Law360, New York (June 04, 2012, 7:35 PM ET) -- Omega SA on Friday asked the Ninth Circuit to revive its suit claiming Costco Wholesale Corp. had sold its watches without permission, and denied it had misused its copyright on an engraving design to control the importation of the watches themselves.
