Vt. Tells 2nd Circ. It Can Shutter Entergy Nuclear Plant

Law360, New York (June 05, 2012, 2:40 PM ET) -- The state of Vermont on Monday urged the Second Circuit to uphold a state law that would let it close a nuclear power plant operated by Entergy Corp., which would reverse a lower court ruling that the law is preempted by the Atomic Energy Act.
