New Indictment Planned In Ernst & Young Tax Case

Law360, New York (September 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- New York prosecutors have revealed that they plan to seek a new indictment in a fraud case against four current and former Ernst & Young partners charged with allegedly designing fraudulent tax shelters.

At a status conference on Tuesday, Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah E. Landis told Judge Sidney H.
