Law360, New York (June 05, 2012, 2:32 PM ET) -- House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi on Thursday urged American Airlines Inc. parent AMR Corp. to provide requested information needed for passenger service agents to vote in union elections, saying the airline has been trying to stymie the vote through litigation in its bankruptcy case.
The letter comes as AMR seeks to nix its union contracts and cut labor costs by a total of $1.25 billion a year over the next six years, including $260 million that it seeks to subtract from nonunion workers' compensation. The PSAs...
