LG, Netflix, Others Face ITC Probe Over Rovi Patent Claims

Law360, New York (June 05, 2012, 6:22 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission will investigate Rovi Corp.'s claims that LG Electronics Inc., Netflix Inc. and others violated U.S. trade law by selling and importing televisions and other products that include patent-infringing parental control and program guide technology, the ITC said Tuesday.
