Apple Spars With Inventor Over Stay In DRM Suit

Law360, New York (September 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Apple Inc. and a group of technology companies are pressing a federal court to put an individual inventor’s infringement suit over digital rights management technology on hold while the patent at issue is reexamined, despite protests from the inventor that a stay will drag out his case.
