Asarco Wants Rivals To Pay Share Of $400M Mine Cleanup

Law360, New York (June 6, 2012, 7:19 PM EDT) -- Mining giant Asarco LLC sued six rivals and a railway company in federal court Tuesday seeking to recoup cleanup costs incurred at Superfund sites in Utah, Montana, Idaho and Washington state.
