2nd Phase Of $1B NJ Project Near GWB Unveiled

Law360, New York (June 6, 2012, 2:46 PM EDT) -- Illinois real estate developer Tucker Development Corp. unveiled plans on Wednesday for the second phase of a proposed $1 billion redevelopment project in Fort Lee, N.J., that would include a residential building and residential and hotel mixed-use property.

The development, known as Hudson Lights at Fort Lee, would include 165,000 square feet of retail space, 477 residential units, parking for nearly 1,200 vehicles, and a 175-room hotel, according to the project plan submitted by Highland Park, Ill.-based Tucker Development.
