Law360, New York (June 05, 2012, 10:37 PM ET) -- A U.S. International Trade Commission judge gave LG Electronics Inc. preliminary approval on Monday to exit an investigation launched by InterDigital Communications LLC over its 3G wireless patents, finding the company's claim could be resolved through arbitration.
