Hynix Loses Bid To DQ Patent Holder's Adduci Counsel

Law360, New York (June 6, 2012, 3:02 PM EDT) -- Hynix Semiconductor Inc. has lost its attempt to disqualify a patent-holding company's attorneys, who hail from Adduci Mastriani & Schaumberg LLP, in a flash memory patent dispute before the U.S. International Trade Commission, according to a ruling made public Tuesday.
